About the Founder,
Melinda McGuire
Melinda McGuire is a telehealth strategist and Health Information Management professional dedicated to closing healthcare gaps through innovative training and compliance solutions.
After losing her father to delayed cancer care in rural Oklahoma, Melinda leveraged her 20+ years of online education experience and a Master’s in Health Information Management to found Highland eHealth. Her company equips physicians, HIM leaders, and staff with audit-ready tools and training that simplify telehealth complexity, reduce burnout, and expand life-saving access for underserved patients.
Melinda’s work has been shaped by hands-on volunteerism, including evaluating telehealth booths for rural libraries and creating playbooks for implementing telehealth booths in rural communities.
